Our History Change to Our Story
Founded in 1992 by Bob and Jan Hart, Paragon began in Scottsdale, Arizona as an independent retail agency focused on serving small employer groups. Over time, a passion for supporting brokers and simplifying benefits inspired a pivotal shift—from a retail brokerage to a trusted general agency.
Our first GA contract was awarded in the early 2000’s with American Medical Security, later part of UnitedHealthcare.
Today, we partner with more than 1,500 brokers and serve over 80,000 members nationwide, delivering medical and ancillary benefits with technology, service, and support designed for the future.
